Our website hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and pages accessed for security, reliability and diagnostic purposes.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, provide technical or customer support, manage our business relationship, improve our services and protect the website from misuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated advertising without an appropriate basis or consent.

Website enquiries may be transmitted through a third-party form delivery service and processed by hosting, email, document-storage or business service providers acting on our behalf. Project documents uploaded with an enquiry are stored in private object storage and shared with our project team through an unguessable download link. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Where applicable, we process information with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to customers and securing our services. Secure enquiry-document download links expire after 30 days. Other enquiry and project records are retained only as long as reasonably required for these purposes, warranty or support needs, and applicable legal requirements.

We may share information with Apostruct personnel, affiliated entities, professional advisers, suppliers and service providers where reasonably necessary. Because we operate and work with providers in more than one country, information may be processed outside your location with appropriate safeguards where required.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Some information may need to be retained for legal, contractual or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use the Google tag and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether advertising leads visitors to our website and to measure actions such as project enquiries. Depending on your consent choice, Google may process information such as page URLs, browser or device information and advertising click identifiers.

Google Consent Mode is set to deny advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and analytics storage by default. If you select “Accept all”, these purposes are enabled and your choice is stored in your browser. If you select “Essential only”, they remain denied.
